CHARTER OF HUMAN RIGHTS - DONGWON SK, s. r. o.

 


 

PREAMBLE

Because the recognition of the inherent dignity and equal inalienable rights of all members society is the basis of freedom, justice and peace in the world; because the disregard and disdain for human rights has led to barbaric, insulting acts conscience of mankind and that building a world in which human beings will be free from fear and the need to enjoy freedom of speech and belief has been declared the highest goal of humanity; that it is necessary for human rights to be protected by law if man is not to be coerced to resort, when all else has failed, to resistance against tyranny and oppression; Because the observance of human rights in every area, DONGWON SK, s. r. o,. for one of of their highest goals.

 

Article 1.


All people are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and they should treat each other in a spirit of brotherhood.

 

Article 2.

 

(1) Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms stipulated by this charter, without of any race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other distinction mentality, national or social origin, property, gender or other status.

(2) Furthermore, no distinction may be made for political, legal or international reasons status of the countries or territories to which the person belongs, whether it is a country or a territory independent, trusteeship, non-self-governing or subject to any other limitation of sovereignty.

 

Article 3.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and personal security

 

Article 4.

No one may be held in slavery or servitude; all forms of slavery and slave trade are prohibited.

 

Article 5.

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

 

Article 6.

Everyone has the right to have their legal personality recognized everywhere.

 

Article 7.

All are equal before the law and have the right to the same legal protection without any discrimination. Everyone has the right to equal protection against any discrimination, that violates this declaration and against any incitement of such discrimination.

 

Article 8.


No one must be subjected to arbitrary interference with private life, to family, home or correspondence, nor by attacking one's honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to legal protection against such interventions or attacks.

 

Article 9.


(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to fair and appropriate employment working conditions, as well as for protection against unemployment.

 (2) Everyone is entitled to the same salary and benefits for the same work without any discrimination.

 

Article 10.


Everyone has a right to rest and recuperation, including reasonable delineation working time and regular paid vacation.
